The Flash Xtractor is an updated model of the well known and dependable Water Claw. Used for flood extraction, this tool prevents you from having to pull out carpet and padding. It removes up to 90% of water from the carpet itself as well as all sub-surface areas with the help of your extraction machine. New innovations improve its convenience and versatility over the original version.
The Flash Xtractor is very easy to use. Attach it to your machine?s vacuum hose; it will accept a 1 ½ inch or 2 inch hose and the attachment lays flat to help keep your hose out of the way while you work. Set the accessory on area of wet carpet and step on it to create a suction seal. The clear top and hose attachment allow you to see water movement so you know when that area is complete. The process takes only a few seconds; you then lift it and move on to the next area. The handle, equipped with a spring assembly, and a specially designed base plate make it very easy to break the seal without a vac release.
This versatile tool, though made from an extremely durable polymer, is very lightweight and easy to lift and move. A telescoping handle adjusts to your choice of 7 different positions to accommodate the height of any operator. It can be used on all carpet types, including glue down. It can also be used to extract liquid stains, such as pet urine, that seep through to carpet padding.
