HERCULES SEALED SANDER

The Hercules Sealed Sander by Mercury is an ideal floor machine for dusty wood, stone and concrete floors. It is solidly constructed of all metal with a polished reinforced apron that maintains its newness longer than an ordinary machine.

The Hercules mimics the strength of its namesake with a 1.5 horse power, 66-frame AC motor. It is also equipped with a 175 RPM, triple-planetary high torque transmission and comes with sealed bearings to lengthen the life of the motor.

The 48 inch handle can be adjusted to any position, making it convenient to use for a person of any height, and locks at the bottom to hold it in place during use. The spinning pad driver helps the machine to move with little physical effort from the user. The handle needs just a slight lift to move the machine right and needs only to be lowered slightly to move it to the left. It is easily moved right to left or back and forth across the floor.

It can also be conveniently moved as necessary during any job. You will find a safety interlock switch just under the trigger. A foot bar and 2 retractable 6 inch wheels are located on the back of the machine making it simple to tilt backward and roll to any location as needed. The 50 foot safety cable plugs in at the base of the handle and is stored by wrapping it around the hook located on the side of the handle.

The Hercules Sealed Sander has a thick non-marking bumper for protecting baseboards and walls. It comes with the vacuum sanding kit and pad driver and is available in 2 apron sizes: 17 and 20 inches.
